PrediTwins Lab (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the PrediTwins mobile application and related digital platforms (the “App”).

Monitoring and personalizing athletic training programs
Injury prevention and physical load analysis
Development and improvement of digital tools for scientific and medical purposes
Conducting scientific research studies in collaboration with partner institutions (using anonymized data)
Providing controlled access to authorized technical and medical staff (coaches, physicians, physiotherapists, analysts)
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Data processing is based on:

The legitimate interest of PrediTwins Lab in providing and improving its services

Data is hosted on secure servers located in France or within the European Union
Access to data is strictly limited to authorized personnel

Personal data is retained for a maximum of five (5) years following the last active use of the App, unless a longer retention period is required by law or earlier deletion is requested by the user.
